Apprenticeship & Training
We believe in investing in the future of our industry by offering apprenticeship opportunities to local aspiring scaffolders. Our apprenticeship program provides hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals, allowing apprentices to gain valuable skills and knowledge in scaffold construction and safety protocols.
As an apprentice at RYBM Scaffolding, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects alongside our seasoned team, learning the ropes of the trade while contributing to meaningful projects in our community. Our commitment to your development extends beyond technical skills—we also provide support and guidance to help you succeed in your career.

Charity & Community
At RYBM Scaffolding, we're not just about scaffolding; we're about building stronger communities. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, we actively participate in projects that uplift and support the communities we serve.
We sponsor local events, such as the charity bike ride RYBM scaffolding sponsored, which raised money for a special educational needs school in the local community, which has also built a bariatric chambers for use by locals with medical conditions.
We are committed to making a positive impact beyond construction sites. We believe in giving back to the neighborhoods that have supported us throughout the years.
RYBM is also proud to sponsor Christmas presents for the children's ward at a local hospital. We hoped to bring the Christmas spirit to those spending the festive season under care, and we wish them a speedy recovery on behalf of RYBM Scaffolding. We hope the children enjoy them, and that it will help to lift their spirits.
